This week in Macro Class we were required to photograph a series of shots ranging in ratio from 1:1 to 1:10 of an object of our choice. I dug up a double servo unit on cast iron frame. This is the 1:2 shot of the top corner. I like the rusty screw. Shot with a Nikon D700 using a 105mm macro lens, 1/40 @ f22, ISO 200. A pair of Halo Lights provided illumination.
This reminds me of an abstract painting. I like the nice even lighting and the composition.
